Article 1 – Application of the conditions
The seller is the online store Support-Tablette.com, a registered trademark of SUPPORT TABLETTE SARL, whose registered office is located at: 82, Avenue Général Leclerc – 30400 Villeneuve-lès-Avignon – France RCS Nîmes: 953 929 098 The buyer is the individual or legal entity accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These conditions apply exclusively to sales concluded by SUPPORT TABLETTE SARL. Any contrary condition not accepted in writing shall be considered null and void. The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time and will apply to orders placed thereafter.

Article 2 – Orders
Orders become effective upon receipt of payment. Any order is only binding on the seller after written confirmation. Products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, the buyer will be informed promptly and may modify or cancel the order. If payment has already been made and the order cannot be modified, the buyer will be refunded within 30 days.

Article 3 – Prices
Prices are in Euros including VAT, excluding delivery costs. The products presented are valid while stocks last. The applicable VAT rate is the one in force in France. Promotional codes cannot be combined.

Article 4 – Payment
Full payment is required when placing the order. Accepted payment methods include: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Google Pay, etc. The seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order in the event of non-payment. Legal penalties may apply for late payment. Proof of identity or proof of address may be requested to verify the order.

Article 5 – Choice
of items The buyer is solely responsible for the choice of products and accessories, according to their needs and compatibility with their equipment. It is recommended to seek advice if necessary.

Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer, within mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco. The carriers used are Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Mondial Relay depending on the destination and the buyer's choice. The buyer must check the condition of the parcel upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. Non-compliant products must be reported within 3 working days and returned within 7 days in their original condition. Indicative delivery times are 48 hours for mainland France and up to a maximum of 30 days for any delivery.

Article 7 – Retention of title
Ownership of the products is only transferred after full payment has been received. Risks related to loss, theft, or destruction remain the responsibility of the buyer until ownership is transferred.

Article 8 – Warranty
Products are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Returns must be approved by the after-sales service department. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, impacts, improper use, or unauthorized interventions. The legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects remain applicable.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal
The buyer has 14 days to return the products at their own expense and in their original condition, except for personalized products or unsealed software. Refunds are issued within 7 to 30 days. Reconditioning fees of 10% with a minimum of €10 may be applied if the product is damaged.

Article 10 – Limitation of liability
SUPPORT TABLETTE cannot be held liable for the illegal use of products, indirect damages, or in the event of force majeure. Links to other websites do not engage its liability. The website and its content are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty.

Article 11 – Termination clause
In the event of non-compliance with the buyer's obligations, the sale may be terminated automatically and the products returned to the seller within 7 days after formal notice, without prejudice to damages and interest.

Article 12 – Data protection and privacy
The data collected is used for order management purposes. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17, the buyer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data. Contact details will never be sold to third parties.

Article 13 – Jurisdiction clause
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer must contact SUPPORT TABLETTE customer service for an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of SUPPORT TABLETTE.
