30-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all tags attached. For more information about the right of withdrawal, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

RETURNS

1. Step: Prepare the package for return shipment
To process your return as quickly as possible, provide the following information on the return form:

- State the reason for the return on the right side of the page
- Enter your message in the comment field in the middle
- Mark the items and the quantity of items you wish to return
- Place the relevant items and the return form in their original packaging in which we sent the goods.

2. Step: Print the return label

For returns in Germany, you will receive a prepaid label that you can print from your customer account:

- Log in to your account and click on "My Orders" on the left.
- Select the order you want to return.
- Enter your address in the contact form.

Using the "Return" button, you will get the return label, which you can now print and stick on the package.

Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email to [email protected].

PROCEDURE FOR A CLAIM

If an item is defective or damaged, you are entitled to make a claim.

In this case, we need:

- Your invoice, scanned or in PDF format,
- A description of the defect/damage or its cause,
- 2 to 4 representative photos showing the defect. The defect must be clearly identifiable in a photo.

Generally, any claim is handled directly by us with the product manufacturer. The severity of the defect, the claim period, and the manufacturer's conditions will determine how the item will be repaired or replaced. The manufacturer reserves the right to individually verify each product and decide on the resolution method.

Please note that for claims and repairs, we exchange correspondence with manufacturers, which may take some time.
